I used to just post the key but am informed that Bots likely take them before real people can grab them.

Is this wise guys? I've heard that there are bots lurking out there on the internet that snap these codes up faster than a man can and then they just sell the game for profit. Maybe we should conceal the codes until somebody asks for them?

That's a fair point. Perhaps it's better to post which games you have codes of and handle the rest via PMs. Requires a bit more effort, but at least stuff will get to its intended audience.

I wonder if putting it all in spoilers brackets would help.
There was a thread doing this on the old forum that I think people enjoyed but I'd be very bummed to read that bots were just stealing these things.

Don't think spoilers would help. Spoilers are just regular text surrounded with certain symbols that the site can recognize and then formats as visually hidden until a user clicks on it. But bots don't read the site that way. To a bot, they're just raw text.
