Yes, it basically gives you a max level character so you can jump right into the endgame grinding. It's entirely pointless. But it's very pretty looking.

Right but if you look at that link you will see that the Challenger version is $14.99, and that is the version you get for free on PS+ this month. Then I think if you own that you get a bigger discount on the "full" game.

I noticed. It's still bull crap. The entire point of games that are up on PS Plus for the month are for them to be free. Not some dumb strings attached bull crap I wasn't asking for. Either make the game free or don't, don't give me this whole loophole roundabout no one was asking for. I'm still paying money to get something for free, even though I've already paid for my PS Plus (that I did get at a discount). For me, it's not worth going through all that. Especially when you're lying to my face. So Sony and gearbox and go screw off in this case.

Yes, it basically gives you a max level character so you can jump right into the endgame grinding. It's entirely pointless. But it's very pretty looking.

If the end game grind is good I don't see the problem. I would love if MMO had a cheaper version that just gave you max level character for the large scale group content since I generally find leveling very boring.

Sadly it isn't good. Skip this, it's too expensive even for free.

A couple of the games I would have gotten if I hadn't bought them already. FF7Remake was free in April. And I did claim Mortal Chell this month and A Plague's Tale a couple months back. Maybe I just buy too many games.
