Yeah it's a random request, but I was just thinking of how much more tolerable the sky is on my ride home today with at least some cloud cover. They are an essential part of a game's atmosphere if it takes place outside at all imo.
Criteria for "most impressive" would be combining technical and artistic aspects. So not only should they look nice, but they should act like real clouds would. This would eliminate games like RAGE, since it runs on the horrible Tech 5 engine where virtually nothing is dynamic.
