Disgusting.

Have to say I'm a bit relieved to see it's not actually "Chyna Doll" though, just someone using her name. I remember back when she was just "China" in the WWF. Before she fell into drugs and unnecessary plastic surgery she was perfect at showing that a woman could be muscular and still be pretty and feminine if she wanted.

Who the fuck cares? It's a glamour-shot magazine with a vague gamer-theme attached to it (and mostly unattractive surgery- and photoshop-victims as models). What's the problem there? Nobody forces you to read it, none of the models were forced to model for it. Now stuff your moral police-sensability to where it belongs and try to find something to get het up about, that needs some attention.

You mean to say you never loll about in your underwear making pouty faces and balancing a controller on your breasts? Like... never? Not even once?

Well, consider me heartbroken.
LOL well just to jump in I have gamed in my underwear before. But it was in the dead of summer and underwear felt cooler. I'm pretty sure dudes game in their boxers for similar reasons. And if any pouting went on on it was probably because it was the umpteenth time a boss kicked my ass and I'm trying not to cry. So I just really don't see where the fetishization comes from. Like anyone gaming in their underwear is so not going to as sexy as a model doing it. Its just gonna look sloppy. There is bound to be messy hair and food stains stains involved.

To the OP:
I really hope that is a fake magazine because it's really pathetic. But if not they could at least do a better job with the cover. It just looks horrible.
Haha, it's funny because I've also gamed in underwear, not to be `sexxxay` but because it was so hot all I could do was sit on the sofa in my underwear playing Dragon Age.
The expected image of gaming in the underwear is all sexy but reality is `uuuuuuuuuugh it's so hot I am sweating like a pig`.

I love it when they want to show more breasts than they can because the nipples would be revealed (and we can't have THAT, now can we), but rather than finding a more strategic or creative piece of clothing, they solve the problem simply by removing the nipples altogether. Like seriously, I have girl boobs, I know how big the areolae need to be. And unless she has some kind of a birth defect, hers aren't big enough. There seems to be some coloration that suggests the areolae are starting, but with how big and loose her breasts are it'd have to be colder than the surface of Neptune for them to have shrunk up that much.

I can't help but feel like stuff like this is raising a generation of children who are not going to be able to handle how big female nipples actually are. When boys see their first pair of breasts, they're going to be like OH JESUS CHRIST WHAT ARE THOSE THINGS IN THE CENTER. And the poor girls will have it worse, when their ladies grow in they're going to think they are freaks for having nipples larger than dimes.

It makes me wonder if dudes who fantasize about such things also believe that women don't fart and have naturally hairless legs. LOL. Because some days its like, I have the day off so I'm gonna sit on my ass and play video games all day". And that generally includes not showering or doing my hair. Sometimes not even brushing my teeth. Just playing games on my unmade bed, in my messy room(that I should probably spend that day off cleaning, but fuck it), with a bag of chips and a can of soda nearby. But I'm in my undies and I have lady parts, sooooooooooo sexy right?

Aaand here's hoping this magazine won't be in stores for long.

Yep, I'm pretty sure this is the most insulting thing towards female gamers I've ever seen.

[small]Also, would you mind putting that magazine cover in spoiler tags? Like, Jesus Christ.[/small]
Have you ever seen a magazine in stores? They are ALL like this. Why should this be any different from.

" 10 ways to make you sex life more enriched"
" what men Really think about women"
" how to snag the perfect guy"
" 10 reasons he's just not into you"

Etc...

Hey i'd buy it. If you are going to go balls out, then do it. I can at least respect that.
Yeah, it's not like I actually look for magazines, considering you can get better and more of the same stuff online.

I'm only confused as to who this is for. If people want a gaming magazine, there are betters ones, if people want a porn magazine, there are batter ones (from the looks of it). I don't know anyone who needed that void to fill of "video games AND porn in the same place", but who am I to give an accurate figure. (And this seems to even do a terrible job at that.)

There is an audiance, there is always an audiance. The question is, is the audiance big enough to keep this thing afloat. Hell, if i see a copy i may buy it out of curiosity [small]and spite [/small]

This is a joke, right? It has to be. This thing couldn't possibly have made it through production without somebody thinking it was a bad idea.

I mean... Who's your target market? The lonely gamer in their parent's basement? Even they aren't that shameless.

The taped glasses push it over the top from depressing to top-of-the-line comedy.

Seriously, look at the cover agian after you realize she's wearing taped glasses. The whole picture just changes.

It's basically a niche playboy. It features fake "gaming" bios of models who do sexy poses.
I see this no different than a calendar with sexy "firemen" or naked girls laying on cars or riding motorcycles.

This kind of shit is bad for everyone: it objectifies women and exploits men.

Oh.

Poor naive little me saw the thread title and thought it was going to be about a magazine aimed at girls who played games. I was anticipating yet another gender debate about representation and all that jazz. (EDIT: And now you changed the thread title to something more sensationalist and attention grabbing. and people will wonder how I made that mistake. When I clicked on it it just said "Gamer Girls Magazine".)

Heh. In before it becomes a huge success. Remember that one company that was selling a service where you could talk to a girl over Xbox Live while you play games? Remember how everyone laughed at it? Remember how when the service launched they were flooded with more customers than they could keep up with? Never underestimate the profitability of the lonely nerd.

Incidentally, that is one damn fine bow tie. I'm just sayin'.
Oh now you're just being ridiculous.

That bow tie is clearly a fake pre-tied bow. The equivalent to a clip-on. Do you see how tight that center "knot" is? Dead give away.

I dunno, I'm still distracted by the over-the-top airbrushing. Seriously, there's not an inch of her that hasn't been airbrushed to a bizarre and surreal sheen. I'm having a hard time believing she actually posed for this shot, it just looks like a bunch of photoshopped elements stuck on some stock image of this model (which has also been photoshopped out the wazoo). That's what is keeping me believing this is just sad.

I do find it interesting how they're not allowed to show small breasts with large (or moderately-sized) nipples, but they are allowed to show MASSIVE boobs with tiny nipples, as long as the nipples are covered up with something.

In any case, I suspect some photoshopping has happened here.
I guess somebody along the line decided that female nipples are just too erotic for public display. Every other part of the breast is okay, but once you hit that areola that's just going TOO FAR!

What I find most offensive about this is that this magazine goes as far as to put tape on the bridge of that model's lenseless frames. I know this magazine cover is an atrocity in practically every way, but putting that strip of tape on the bridge is the cherry on top of this fucking monstrous shit cake.

It's so offensive that in fact it becomes hilarious.
