I remember looking up to the sky in the first area you go to in WoW's Burning Crusade and thinking "Woooaaahh". Crazy alien sky, really sets the mood so players really feel they've entered another world in the game, not just another random area.

Dude, time machine. That means it's already happened. You just can't remember because of the concussion. Present me definately looks forward to it.
Also, Ico was something pretty special. So, so pretty.

I thought the Metroid Prime Series had some amazing visuals.
The style of the Environments mixed with the creatures and atmosphere made it a great game to play and just look at.
And the music just made it even better.
Phandrana Battle and the Menu Theme from MP 1 are two of my favorite songs from the game.

YES I know exactly what you mean. And for its time, the graphics in general were spectacular. Seeing any of the major cities for the first time was a minor mind trip.

Also, Mirror's Edge and Dreamfal: The Longest Journey.

Order of Ecclesia on the DS. Probably (at least in my opinion) the best looking Castlevania to date. The animations that Shanoa has are simply amazing to behold.

Assassins Creed 1 & 2 look awesome, the first looked better in my opinion, too much red in the second one. Uncharted 2 looks fantastic as well.

Probably won't be a popular choice, but the new Prince of Persia was visually stunning. Repetitive, but pretty as hell.

I loved the painty style of Price of Persia '08 the ascetics in that games were amazing. Uncharted 2 is the most graphically impressive, probably till last guardian comes out

Id have to say crysis...i cant not call it pretty seeing as how I spent the 1st 15 min gawking over how beautiful a turtle was on the beach in the 1st area after you jump out of the plane...and then I proceeded to shoot the water and was amazed by the realistic water effects. That whole game was so pleasing to the eye...despite the trash story =P

id go with Saints Row 2 because it mixes gangs with funny like GTA series before someone threw dirt on it

Killzone 2 was pretty and fun though I'd admit it was mostly greys covered with crimson red and the art was probably taken from WW2's Nazis. The explosions and effects were beautiful and if you shot a guy in the foot. The game did make grey look actually good unlike Gears...

Ya Killzone 2 really looks awesome.

Also I am a huge fan of the Wipeout HD visuals, seriously the game looks incredible.

Madworld, Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, Okami, and the new Prince of Persia all have really great art style as well.
