games that need a sequel

i have been looking through some of my old games recently and i noticed a lot of my personal favorites don't have sequels, honestly why no chrome hounds 2 or another castle crashers. so i want to ask the escapist community what games do you think deserve a second installment?

i know there is sequals and as much as i enjoyed 4 and to an extent 5 i think they should make a sequal for resi 3 but where its not mexicans or africans
where its actually zombies and instead of enough fire power you need to actually survive like the old resis!
