Yeah it's class based there's a rifleman, assault (Tommy Gun/MP40), Support (BAR/Stg44), Sniper, Machine gun, and Rocket Class. Plus the classes are balanced really well.

Cool. If you're a fan of class-based, you should have a look at Team Fortress 2.

Maybe someone already mentioned them but, here are a few gems that didn't get the commercial breakthrough they deserve(d):

- Loom
- Psychonauts
- American McGee's Alice
- Lord of the Rings Online (yes I know...)
- Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines
