A long time ago, in a fantasy far, far away...

Wait, wrong script. Let me find the right one...

Now, this is a story all about how the Chosen One's life got flip-turned upside down...

Damn it, not this one! Who keeps messing with my scripts?!

Ah, nevermind, I found the right one.

Ahem.

Gather around, children, to hear a tale of several heroes who risked their lives to bring down an evildoer who had nothing good in mind. Well, obviously, since he's an evildoer, he has nothing good in mind...
Anyway, where was I? Ah, yes.

It all began in the fantastic land of Fantasia, a land which seemed to be stuck in some sort of fantasy world, with great big castles, villages with straw roofed houses, many, many adventurers and of course someone who wanted to bring everything down, because he's evil, you know. He didn't need any other reason. This fantasy world still had some strange devices such as guns, computers and robots who helped with everyday life. Many races lived there, such as elves, dwarfs and your typical demonic race.

"Hey! We may be demonic, but that doesn't mean we're evil!"

Well, what is it you do?

"Well...we hunt humans and elves."

And you're saying that's not evil?

"Everyone needs to eat. And we just happen to eat humans and elves..."

Mhm.

"It's a great diet! Really, it is!"

Uh huh.

"...Oh alright, so it is evil. Just continue."

Thank you.

The land of Fantasia reached all around the world, with many places such as the frozen lands of Glacia, the Very Hot Desert, a city long forgotten called Exile, the mountain of the Mikos guarding many holy secrets, to the North was the base of our Insane Villain, with a Tower of Power right beside the Evil Castle.

And of course, the First Village. The ones that built the village weren't very creative with names, apparently.

This is where our story begins. All our main characters are traveling towards First Village and are just a few feet away from it. They don't know why they're being gathered there, they just had a dream, or got a letter in the mail telling them to go there. What they'll find is an empty village, almost collapsing. Well, it's mostly empty. There are still a few monsters that live there...

What kind of monsters, you ask?
Why, those are no ordinary monsters. They're one of the most feared monsters amongst new adventurers.

They are...Giant Rats. *dramatic sound effect*

Their teeth sharp, their eyes glowing red, their looks filled with hunger. They are a terror that no new adventurer likes. They are roughly at the waist-height of humans and elves and have brown fur.

Our adventurers will have to face this first task on their own and hunt down their leader before they can find out why they are here. Why? Because I'm the narrator and I say so. And it says so in the script. Obey the script!

Our adventurers are:
Name: Xandus Umbergouge

Age: 35

Gender: Male

Appearance: Has spiky dark hair and red eyes. Is of average height and has a well-muscled body with a few scars on it. Wears a black cloak and hood along with a dark green tunic underneath. For armour he has metal gloves, a chestplate and greaves. He also wears an eyepatch occasionally, not because he lost his eye but because he thinks it makes him look cool and tough.

Personality: Xandus is snarky, aggressive and somewhat cocky. He is very selfish and won't do something unless he gets rewarded in return. Xandus is also rather genre savvy and snarky, making negative and sarcastic comments whenever he gets the chance. He doesn't take criticism towards himself well however, as he reacts hostilely to anyone who insults him, often attacking said person. He cares mostly about himself and money.

Character Type: Former Villain/Token Evil Teammate/Dark Paladin/Deadpan Snarker

Weapon Of Choice: Dual bastard swords. Also carries a curved knife with him.

Spells

Fireball: Shoots a ball of fire at his enemies that explodes on impact.

Disintegrating Touch: A touch spell that can destroy a foe's armour, weapons, bones and flesh.

Unholy Aura: A spell used on the caster that grants them resistance to spells and attacks, along with weakening any non-evil being that attacks them.

Bio: Xandus grew up in a small, peaceful village on the Western continent. The village was one of those unheard of backwater places where almost every person growing up becomes an adventurer when they get older (most not being particularly good adventurers though). Xandus was taught with the other kids how to be an adventurer, so they could defeat villains, loot tombs, and maybe even join a Chosen One's party.

When he got older Xandus was sent on his first quest. He was sent with a party of five to kill a nearby dark lord, who had been attacking the village for years because the village elder refused to return the Dark Lord's lawnmower. When they reached the Dark Lord's lair, Xandus betrayed his party and teamed up with the villain. The village was later destroyed by the Dark Lord's pet dragon and constructed a dungeon to delay pesky heroes trying to kill him.

Xandus learned to ways of villainy and became a fearsome enemy of good. He wandered around, become to right-hand to various dark lords and evil mages over the years. He loved the freedom of being able to do whatever he wanted, but he soon found something out.

Villains are fucking stupid.

Every time Xandus teamed up with a new bad guy, he found out that they were a bloody idiot in some way. One sorcerer he worked for was being threatened by a hero who had found his artifact of power, yet refused to just teleport across the country behind the bastard and kill him with a fireball. Instead he waiting until the hero came to his secret lair and ran into the guy's sword. The latest boss he assisted was a lich who refused to ever kill an adventurer he defeated, letting them escape so he can fight them another day.

After letting one of the most powerful modern heroes go, Xandus decided to impale the lich with his swords. He then exited the dark castle, handed the lich's legendary orb of destruction to the hero outside, and declared that he would give up professional villainy and go join an adventuring party, since they were actually able to successfully do shit.

Other Notes: Knows destruction and unholy magic.
Name: Merle Lacarelle
Age: 19
Gender: Girl, silly!

Appearance: Light reddish-brown hair frames a sweet face with large green eyes and a seemingly permanent smile. Merle is a bit on the small side, standing at 5'5". She's filled out nicely as she closes in on her twentieth birthday, but still has the vibrant energy of a young teen, and a bit of baby fat. She wears a calf-length dress fashioned similar to a nun's white habit, but has made her own outfit out of it, including a pair of white boots and a cap with drooping fabric pulled together in back like a faux-ponytail.

Personality: It is very hard to get on Merle's bad side, but woe to you if you manage it. She can be grumpy when small frustrations build up, but in general she is friendly if a bit shy at first, decently talkative, and due to caring for the younger girls as she grew up, demonstrates a lot of motherly habits like straightening peoples' clothes, smoothing down their hair, or fussing about someone's scratched kneecap.

Character Type: The (Staff) Chick/Healer/Team Mom

Weapon Of Choice: Merle was trained in white magic from a young age, and wields a staff an inch taller than her to direct her focus and spells. She knows a great variety of healing magic, some status-prevention warding, a single powerful but short-lived shield against physical damage, and in a pinch, the staff can also be used to rap people on the head. It remains to be seen how effective that would be.

Bio: Abandoned at the doorstep of a nunnery shortly after birth, Merle was raised wearing a habit. Most of the sisters were quite kind, but the Abbess disliked her for some reason never explained, and Merle was often sent to work in the kitchens or made to clean the floors and halls of the abbey. She never begrudged her work, however, and is quite an able chef.

Religion never felt quite right to young Merle, and at fifteen years old, she asked to be released from the guardianship of the Abbess and the sisters. She was given her staff and a small cash purse to get started, and ever since, has been accompanying travelers from town to town as a paid party cleric.
[spoiler="Theme" song]Ar Tonelico 2: Exec_Viena/ It's long but it's worth it.
Name: Fin (Finny) McFinnigan

Age: 28

Gender: Male

Appearance: Always has a stupid smile that shows his white teeth. His hair his long and brown and wildly, completely giving itself up to gravity. He is 5'9", usually wears a green shirt and armour for each of his arms, it tends to cover his entire arm. He wears brown pants that go down to his ankles. His body is fairly muscular and his skin has a healthy tan.

Personality: Nothing is serious to this man. Everything has to be a joke or has a punchline. He could look Cthulhu in the face and crack a joke about him. He has kindness and sympathy for his friends... JUST his friends. He's incredibly reckless, acting like he thinks he's invincible, though he never says it. He's basically a troll with a heart.

Character Type: Comic relief.

Weapon Of Choice: Dual Flamberges

Bio: Fin was born in the town of Trickkla as a middle class child. He was raised by his two parents, both of whom enjoyed a good prank. He spent time with them, harassing the citizens of his town until their names were notorious. The McFinnigans were to be avoided. Just for the hell of it, Fin got in to picking people's pockets and stealing small valuables, this eventually gave him amazing agility. He would often train with his two Flamberges that he had bought with the money he gt from stealing, when he wasn't out stealing or pranking, or both. Eventually, he decided that there were bigger fish out there. That he needed to spread his wings and fly. So he took as many valuables as he could and as much money as he could, his sword, some extra clothes and food and set out into the world, alone.
Name: Jamie Shade

Sex: ???

Age: 14

Appearance: Wears slim jeans and a button up shirt, done all the way up that is complimented by a small jacket. Jamie also wears a small chain that wraps around the neck before twisting across the chest. Added to this outfit is a pair of white sneakers, scuffed slightly and a back fedora that fits neatly on Jamie's head.

What Jamie's body looks like can be described nicely as average and not so nicely as plain. Jamie has shoulder length brown hair and bangs that usually fall in front of the face, somewhat obscuring Jamie's face to those that would try to stare. Jamie stands at a short 5' 10' and weighs about 140 lbs, essentially just skin and bones.

Personality: None existent for the most part, Jamie tries to play the part of an invisible person, not wanting to draw any attention. Jamie is quiet and reserved usually only talking to lament about the horrible things that have occurred during their lifetime. In short Jamie is mopey, depressed and generally unpleasant to talk to unless you're into the whole pain game.

Character Type: Angsty Androgynous Teen

Weapon of Choice: If it were up to Jamie, no weapon would be necessary, but due to the dangerous times of this era, even someone like Jamie, with no urge for battle or fighting, is forced to carry a small dagger, only for emergency uses.

Jamie also carries a small broach in a small pocket, though the use of this broach remains a mystery to all, including Jamie.

Bio: It could be asked what has happened to Jamie to create such a depressed child, but instead to ask Jamie you would wonder what hasn't caused this depression in Jamie. It started with Jamie's parents being killed by a mysterious stranger, or the closest thing to Jamie's best friend being kidnapped; Jamie is and always has been literally alone in the deepest sense of the word.

Jamie's parents had been miners in a small community in the mountain pass. They had been simple folk, happy to have a child to take on their legacy. This all changed when a mysterious attack on their village left Jamie without parents. Jamie went to live with a friend, one of the closer friends the child had maintained throughout his young life.

Just when the wounds had begun to heal for Jamie, Fate wrenched them open again; the friend Jamie had stayed with vanished in the night, Charlie was gone for good. After that, the pain of keeping their child's friend had become too much with the disappearance of their own, Charlie's parents took Jamie to the orphanage where the child spent most of life. Finally Jamie was adopted at the age of 15 and brought to a new city. Now all Jamie thinks about, rather than how lucky it was to find a rich family that has given the child everything needed, instead Jamie focuses on finding out what happened to the village and discovering where Charlie had vanished to as well as finding out what happened to Jamie's own parents.
Name: The Cornelius Skullivan (Call him either The, or Skullivan, former name is a secret. Shhh.)

Age: 252 and 17 days.

Gender: Male

Appearance: An undead skeleton with an old gibus hat and dark purplish cloak. He wears relatively useful looking boots, and his skull bears a slight deformation at the jaw making him look like he's smiling.

Personality: He greatly enjoys jazz. Also likes to be surprising, although some of the time his attempts at being a practical joker come off as either dangerous, lethal, not all that funny or boring. Otherwise he's a pretty amiable skeleton of an undead chef. He likes the adventures that he can embark upon nowadays, having been trapped as a cook for a greedy king for a long time. He enjoys people's company, although most people don't exactly reflect the sympathy.
Having been on numerous adventures before, he's relatively aware of the universe [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TheArthurDent?from=Main.ArthurDent].

Character Type: Undead Chef, Ideas Guy, Lovable Rogue

Weapon Of Choice: A Teflon cooking pan. Hitting it with your sword scratches it, and he won't thank you for that. Also has a helmet with horns which he seldom wears, and usually elects to hit people with it or store things in it.

Bio: Born a little too long ago, Skullivan is the reanimated remains of a once great cook for the Kind of the Eastern provinces. Why he was reanimated was because of a necromancy spell used by an evil wizard about 20 years ago. However as you'd imagine, plucky young heroes decapitated that old man, and most of the necromancied army remained, without a leader. Skullivan has since made his living as a bartender here or there, occasionally getting fired due to the relatively annoying glowing eyes and lack of ability to join in on happy hour. Skullivan is noted for his ability to think on his feet and make... creative... solutions to problems quickly.

Other Notes: Think Jack Sparrow, but less protagonisty. Also, the eyes glow orange. They flash at about 50Hz like a strobe light when annoyed. Only person to have knowledge of the extremely secret and extremely delicious vermilion leek & eggplant stew.
[/spoiler]
Name: Seiphetia Le Valsaraga

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Appearance: She has long brown hair, and wears a long black dress, with one yellow eye, and one purple eye. Her dress has a large silver V mark in the middle of the chest, with red thread decorating the seams on her shoulders, and the collar is white, with gold crescents decorated on the outside, both crescents pointing towards her chest. Underneath, she has a navy blue shirt, that is simply plain, and used as an undershirt. Aside from the dress, she has long black pants, which have a silver line that runs up the side on the left side, and right side of each pant leg.

Personality: She is a mischievous girl, she seems to like destruction, but she has a sweeter side to her, she seems to like cooking, and knows about it well. Despite that, she is dark, and cold towards anyone she dislikes, and she is mild with anyone she likes, she barely shows her nice side, the only people she is nice to, are those who she has been friends with, or known for a good amount of time.

Character type: The Mischievous Black Mage

Weapon of choice: Crescent staff, a staff with a crescent at the end, that allows her to learn water, wind, and ice spells easily, but she has harder time learning fire, earth, and other spells
Spells:

Ice bolt, a simple bolt of energy that can surrounds a piece of someones body with ice, or any other part.

Ice blast, this is a blast of ice that covers an entire body part in ice.
Wind bolt, a bolt of wind, capable of doing a small or decent sized cut.

Water shield, a shield of water, this water is much more like a slime to projectiles, simply having them bounce off it. Only lasts for a few minutes, and only covers the area that a shield does, but it can be moved if the mage chooses to move it, but this takes time, Not to mention it has the strength of a wooden shield.

Blue fire bolt, this is a strange type of fire, the fire doesn't burn, but freezes, but this takes a lot of energy to use it. This is one of the few ways that she can make fire.

Bio: She spent her entire live in a peasant home, she eventually got picked up by a nobleman, and she became his maid, from that point, he trained her to become a mage, putting some trust into her. However, the noble was assassinated, and being the only mage in the household that came from a poor family, she was blamed, and from that point on, she had a small grudge towards nobility. Despite that, she tried to finish her training, which she did, but she was originally supposed to be a white mage, however, she became a black mage instead, taking up the dark arts of destructive spells, from a friend of the noble she served.

He eventually disappeared from her, leaving her a simple note. "I have took you as far as I can take you, I leave you with the tools to become a full black mage, and a staff that will help you in your training, but be warned, once you take the staff, you commit yourself to the moon, but you can still use other spells, it would just be difficult to use them."

She decided to venture with someone who is a hero, or an adventurer, or such, since she knows that she can't handle traveling by herself to well, and she needed money. She then changed her mind, when she had heard of an evil rising in the land, the greatest way to further herself was to adventure with someone who crusaded against those types of things, she was mostly taken towards that by the fact that she may become famous.
Name: Grana "Undead" Jackrum

Age: 47

Gender: Male

Appearance: At 6' 3", with hair as black as a raven's wing and eyes as cold as the glacial ice from his hometown, Grana is every inch a soldier. A cross- shaped scar marks his left hand while a diagonal scar stretches across his chest. He wears heavy military boots, nondescript black pants, a blue shirt, and a black jacket that manages somehow to hang on his shoulders no matter what happens- until he throws it off dramatically, that is. He can often be found with a cigar hanging out of his mouth, and if you look very closely, you can see the five stars on his jacket indicating his old post. His sword Explosia can always be found on his back while his 6-Barreled pistol, Hades, hanging on his left hip.

Personality: Grana can be quite... abrasive. When things don't go his way, he will oftentimes yell, bully, threaten, or outright maim someone to go along with his plans. He knows that morality has little to do on the battlefield save the most basic rights. He will snub people and ignore them if he thinks it will make them angry. Angry people make mistakes, and mistakes mean openings.

Character Type: Badass Old Veteran/ Team Dad

Weapon of choice:
Grana knows a single wind type, "Void," which he uses to great effect. After the vacuum has berm created, the air crashes back together to fill the void, igniting the hydrogen in the atmosphere and causing an explosion. He uses this power in tandem with Explosia and Hades.

Weapons: Explosia, a sword created to suit his fighting style Along the blade at strategic points there are doorways that will slide open to allow air and anything within the blade to escape. The entire inside of the blade is hollow, leaving the sword about an inch wider and half an inch thicker than most straight swords. Along the handle are buttons that can be depressed to manipulate the hatches upon the blade. Only Grana knows where all the buttons are and all the controls, because when not in use, the hatches and buttons are seamless along the sword. By igniting the air within the hollow tube of the sword, amd manipulating the doorways, Grana is able to make this innocuous seeming weapon deadly.

Hades- Large caliber pistol, able to fire each barrel singularly, or fire all barrels for a destructive force of raw power.

Bio: Born in the city of Lunaria, Jackrum was always fascinated by the military. At age 15 he lied about his age and joined the army. He joined the 13th Specials, also known as the "Reapers." He became a captain in no time at all, spreading fear of the name Jackrum everywhere. Even a rumor of his presence was enough to change the tide of a battle.

That was before the Battle of Dragoon

There Grana was mortally wounded. They managed to win after he killed the king, but the sword had reached to his marrow and pulled. During the funeral, the Solarii's, led by their prince, invaded the city of Lunaria, hoping to use it as a stepping stone I to the heart of the mainland. Urban legends say that the prince decided to dance on Grana's grave while holding the monster's weapons. A hand shot out of the earth and closed around the prince's leg like a vise. He pulled the prince down into the earth, grabbed his weapons, and rallied the people and drove back the invading horde. And everyone knows that Urban Legends, unlike Urban Myths, are always right. For his duties at the battle of the Grave, as it came to be called, he was given the rank of general and the cognem "Undead" was associated with him. He was finally forced to retire when the wars had ended with the Solarii's unconditional surrender. Jackrum has become a demonic shadow in this era of peace, used by mothers to frighten little children into doing what they want. Still, everyone knows the name and exploits of "Undead" Jackrum. He rarely comes down from his house in the mountains, except to trade goods and buy food with his massive pension.

Lala is a member of the Daragota Reba (nonsensical word) Tribe, only daughter of her tribe's shaman. Growing quickly, she became a great hunter and fighter of her people as well as showing some talent with the sacred powers that had flowed through her family for many lives.

Other Notes: Potential reasons for adventuring:

-An underling of the Insane Villain stole a sacred gem from Lala's father so she set out to retrieve it running into a/the chosen one.

-Kidnapped by slave traders (possible connection to Insane Villain). Bought, rescued, or otherwise acquired by Chosen one.

-Divine vision commands it.

"Hmmm" said Freeze while scanning his eyes across First Village, a sense of adventure pulsing through him. "So, this is where it begins huh?" After taking in the site of the village Freeze turned towards the group. "Where do you think we should begin searching?"
"It shouldn't be too hard to find a few giant rats, right?"

Misa had frowned when they came upon the village. She started to look around for anywhere where humans might still be alive but found none. Seeing that no humans were around, he instead wanted to see if there was a tavern or anything that may hold alcohol. Seeing that there was no way to tell from the outside, she answered Freeze.
"We should go to that large building over there" she said excitedly, hoping it was a tavern.
Giant rats? I wonder if they're attractive giant rats...

Misa ran beside Xandus and listened carefully to the rats.
"I think we should talk to them" she joked before smelling their excrements, "Ugh. Let's kill them. They smell"
She made a disgusted face and then took out her whip, ready for comabt.
Why does it have to be Giant rats...

Seiphetia had stepped back in disgust.
God... These things smell badly, not to mention the decided to use the floor as a bathroom.
She readied herself for combat, hearing music playing suddenly, and turning to see an jukebox.
Ugh, I hate this song...
She shoot a bolt of wind at it, the machines started to puff a small cloud of black smoke, a zero appeared above it, and it returned to normal.

Freeze cracked his knuckles and griped his staff tighter. "Heh, I'm ready when you are." Said freeze with a hint of excitment in his voice, he had been waiting for a challenge since the group had set out to this town.
Why is it always giant rats? Well atleast we weren't sent to the sewers..
"What did that jukebox ever do to you Seiphetia?" Said Freeze jokingly
Freeze Caught a wiff of the air around him and nearly gagged.
I can't wait until these things are dead...

Misa sighed as Seiphetia hit the jukebox.
"I liked that song. It's great for dancing" she said happily before showing her "best" dance moves which were surprisingly similar to the ones found in dirty movies. She giggled and animated a minstrel behind her to play some music.
"Minstrel, play some build up suspense music" she commanded, flirting with the minstrel a little before turning around and getting ready for the rats.

That girl... She annoys me sometimes, o well, atleast she picked an ok song. And I may want to smack Freeze around, just for that little comment.
Seiphetia walked towards the rats, hating the fact that she had to fight these things.
These things? I killed them too many times in training, whatever, it was always fun to freeze the rat's tail to the ceiling, and whack it.
She thought, as she got a closer look at the giant rats.

Misa, following Xandus' idea readied her battle menu.

Code:
[i]What do I want to do?[/i]
> Attack
> [b]Magic[/b]
> Use Item
> Flee

[i]Choose Magic[/i]
> Animate Object
> [b]Freeze[/b]
> Whip snare

[i]Choose Target[/i]
> [b]Rat A[/b]
> Rat B
Misa brought her whip back and snapped it at the rat in front, sending freezing bolts of ice at it in order to freeze it in place.

"Oh when the Skullivan walks in the moonlit night,
Oh when the Skullivan walks in the moonlit night-
I'll make you a pot of tea,
How does everyone like their tea?
Tell the Skullivan what you want,
Tell the Skullivan what you take in your tea...

Ah!" sang The Skullivan, strolling along with a slight jig in his step. He stopped at a lovingly crafted archway sign with a note tacked on to it. The note looked quite at home with the sign with the alien additions of must, dust, small amounts of rot and a dead snail decaying the archway.
"~First Village~ [sub]RUN AWAY!!!!!![/sub]"? What a peculiar name for a village." Skullivan shrugged and continued along his merry way, taking in the relatively well described scenery. Thatched cottages appeared to be losing their luster of maroon bricks, whitewashed wood and golden hay roofs, sullen with lime and other assorted whatnot that could easily be described as "spludijohsgdsk" and grime. The air held a disdainful reminiscence of rat turds.
"Smells reminiscent of rat turds." said Skullivan aptly. "Giant rats... always the harbinger of some kind of adventure as the first challenge an ensemble must overcome in their quest of self-introspection, unity and dom-ahhh, that must be the the group." Eying about six or so people, standing in the middle of the square, looking to be relatively indifferent as to if they were looking for somewhere to sit, or something to hit.
"Salutation, humans!" said the behatted skeleton, continuing his stroll towards them.
Two of them started casting spells on one of the buildings and a rat which had been thrown out the window by a fireball.

Freeze watched the others send their attacks with amusement.
"Oh, is it my turn?"

Freeze sent a medium sized ball of ice at Rat A that shattered upon impact.

Freeze wave at Skullivan "Hello there stranger, What brings you here?"

Seeing her spell was still making it's way towards Rat A,
What a strange name for a rat...Rat A...
she turned around to the approaching undead. She waved and smiled before sauntering over to him.
"Hey there handsome" she purred before looking back to the rats and sighing. She put one finger up to Skullivan and brought out her whip again. Seeing that no one else was attacking, she figured it was her turn to attack.

She cracked her whip at the rat and watched as whips came out of the ground to tear it apart. Turning back to Skullivan she giggled.
"Pretty good huh?" she asked.

The fireball hit many rats inside the building, about 6, each giving Xandus 4 XP. He was now 24 XP closer to level 2, only needing 376 more.

The ice bolts from Misa and frost blast from Freeze managed to kill Rat A, giving each of them 2 XP, since it was a shared kill, and the whips tore Rat B apart, along with Seiphetia's Blue Fire Bolt which burned it with , giving Misa 2 more XP and Seiphetia 2 XP. Misa now needed 396 XP until she'd reach level 2 and both Freeze and Seiphetia needed 398 XP to get to level 2.

5 more giant rats attacked the party. Rat A of that group gnawed at Misa's leg, making her lose 4 HP, she was now at 256 HP. Rat B of that group tackled Freeze, or at least tried to. It missed. Rat C attempted to tackle Xandus and hit, making him lose 7 HP, he was now at 364 HP. Rat D attacked Seiphetia by whipping it's tail against her leg, making her lose 2 HP, she was now at 303 HP. Rat F attacked Skullivan by gnawing his leg, making him lose 4 HP, he was now at 333 HP.

--Before that pesky rat hit Misa---

Misa giggled and grabbed Skullivan's arm, before looking at Xandus.
"I don't kill your new friends...unless you befriended those rats." she said happily before looking up to Skullivan again "I'm Misa but you can call me awesome, or sexy"
I'm so awesome

"Ow, damn rats can't get enough of me either!" she said before cracking her whip at it.

Skullivan watched with amiable interest in the casting of spells upon the smelly unfortunates. Truly were it not for their omnipresence via rather absurd definitions of teleportation upon death, First Town would be a thriving, bustling happy place to be. Outside the Tutorial Mill House, that is. The poor hamsters.
"Hello there stranger, What brings you here?" said a charming fellow in a deep blue tunic, as he cast a Frost Blast at a hapless rat.
"Well, I-"
"Hey there handsome" interrupted a young woman with a Freeze spell. Skullivan tilted his head to the side, noticing her astounding very, very large
lack of sensible clothing.
"Pretty good huh?"
"Your sp-"
"Oh look, an undead. Hey pal, why don't you come a bit closer. I could use some extra XP."
"Confound it, stop interrupting me! And I'm not an Monster, I'll have you know. I'm just.. Living-Impaired."
The young lady dove onto Skullivan, grabbing him by the arm.
"I don't kill your new friends...unless you befriended those rats. I'm Misa but you can call me awesome, or sexy"
"Geh!" exclaimed Skullivan as he fell over, one of his clavicles making a "boint!" sound as it bent and rebounded upwards into his eye socket. This annoyed him in unison with the two foot tall rat now knawing at his leg.
> Passive Defense
  • >{Fire Bonus} Riposte
A dark orange fire lept back from his foot back at the rat which bit him, setting it on fire.
