Anyone who actually feels the need to say fuck feminism would likely be the type of person that would engage in other behaviors that will get them arrested though.None of this means saying 'fuck feminism' can get you arrested.

Well, after the War the US made sure that speech stayed limited in Germany.Germany and no free speech name a more iconic duo.
Feminism is a political movement. It is neither comprised of only women nor do all women participate in it.You don't think someone can interpret "fuck feminism" as an example of " sweeping slurs against women "? I always find it interesting how some folks will either read these things in the broadest way possible or extremely narrowly depending on what best serves them.

You don't stop the far right with laws, voting, or even random arrests. You do so by crushing their momentum.Well, after the War the US made sure that speech stayed limited in Germany.
And considering what happens in the US in the name of free speech, most Germans don't mind the limits. Well, except for the far right who can't use Nazi symbols and are jealous of Americans in this regard.
As if that were so easy. You do so by crushing their momentum.
It can be interpreted in that way. But that line isn't the law-- it's just a description in an article. Even that article then goes on to give examples of things that actually prompted investigations, and they were all quite different and more extreme. And even then, none of them were detained or arrested. You don't think someone can interpret "fuck feminism" as an example of " sweeping slurs against women "? The Americans and many other countries do it by taking out the leader. Many people heard about Alexei Navalny, but did you know that the FBI arrested the leader of the African-American-based group Not Fucking Around Coalition by arresting him. Sadly that doesn't work as well if the org has multiple leaders. As if that were so easy.
But there is no movement to limit free speech more in Germany or make the hate speech laws and other limits more severe. I don't think many people believe that this would solve the far right popularity issue.
However, there is also no movement to reduce the limits or make speech more free either. Germans are generally happy that the hate speech laws etc. force discourse to stay somewhat civilized.
People care way more about the whole "fake news" issue and how to handle that.
How is this relevant?
Whether hate speech or violence, the policing strategy in Germany is a mess. How is this relevant?
