Getting a 360, what good games would you recommend?

Long story short, I am getting a free 360 due to Amazon's sale (if you buy a $699+ laptop for college you get a free 360, but only a 4gb one) and wondering what games to get.

So far I already decided on:

Halo: Reach (since I love Halo. )

what suggestions would you make? (no multiplatforms as I buy my multi's on my ps3 or pc to plat with my friends.)

If you like atmospheric/horror games then I recommend Condemned and Condemned 2. The first is one of the best and most underrated games I've played on the 360, the second is a very good sequel and both should be dirt cheap.

I'd get Halo games and Gears of War, but other than that, I don't really know since you don't need multiplat games on it.
