Meh, all the good stuff is at the higher tiers. Probably won't be picking this up, don't have enough monehs to get the tiers with the games I would actually want. :p

So yes, people claiming that it's not really "pay what you want" horribly misunderstand what "pay what you want" means. Also, many of them should be slapped.
Well said.

Any way you cut it, this is a bargain. There's quite a few games on that list that would've made it on to people's 'Game of the Year' list for that year, and you can get the lot for about $1.10 a game.

So much love for GOG

I owned nearly all of those games when they were new, and between my brother and I, we've probably played all but a handful.

Excellent games, but of course, they're old. Still, a few do hold up, like the Fallout series (which I already own in far too many formats). If anything, the soundtracks are worth the price alone, because there's some really excellent stuff in there.

Good on GOG.com for preserving some classic gaming history. I still can't get over the GOG 'grannies' they had at their booth at PAX, handing out cookies from what looked like a senior citizen's living room. Highly memorable.

Oh, GOG, my love for you grows ever so steadily. I actually already bought some of those games, but there are plenty still in there that I wanted to get. DRM-free, this is how this digital distribution stuff needs to work! I'll wait till after work today and see whether the price for all the games actually went up or down and then I'll decide when to buy. Last time, the price actually went down a little bit over the course of the sale until it plateaued out.

I took a look at this after getting an email from GOG... however they lacked the old Star Trek games I fondly remember playing with my dad, 25th aniversery and Judgement Rites. As I'm 99% sure they were Interplay... its not the complete catalog :(

For all you complaining that a game you want is only in the $35 tier blah blah blah... It's not like you can't just pay the regular GOG el cheapo price and get just the game you want for only 5 or 6 bucks anyway. You CAN still buy just one game without the bundle.
