Google Chrome issues...

Okay, so when I logged onto Google Chrome on my Dell Insperon this morning everything was running perfectly fine, I left it for a time to go get something to eat, nobody touched my computer, the only sites I went to that morning were Tumblr and Youtube, I checked my history and nothing I've been on in the past month looks like it could possibly have a virus, I come back and all youtube's thumbnails were blank for me. I checked in an incognito window and everything was running just fine

Also, Tumblr displays my avatar and the Tumblr logo as some kind of advertisement, and everyone?s avatars as random pictures from the internet.

I tried deleting all my chrome extensions, editing my settings, I even did a full system resore to last night when everything was just fine, and still nothing changed.
If anybody knows exactly what the hell is happening, and moreover how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.

If I were to take a guess I'd say your cache might be somehow fucked up. Go to advanced settings and clear the browsing data. If you've tried that I can't think of any other obvious solutions.

Yeah, clean the cache and see if that helps. Sounds like this is the issue.

Okay, cleared my cache and that fixed it! I'll be honest with ya, I feel a little stupid right now for preforming a bleeding system restore for a cache issue...

The ironic part is that in annoyance with Chrome's performance, I downloaded Firefox and I've kinda grown to like it a little better, funny how things turn out sometimes huh?
