There was a thread about this last week actually. I was having the same problem too. Someone posted suggesting to clear the cache. As soon as I did that I (nor the guy who created the thread) no longer got any warnings. It worked for me, so maybe it'll work for you too :)!

EDIT: Wait what? This thread is like 20 days old...

I haven't gotten any warnings from Chrome about this. Also, it seems like somebody's got The Book of the Dead Threads and is committing necromancy.

I just noticed this error is due to link to alienradar.ru. It's not the escapist...so Chrome is doing it's job just fine.

I'm also getting this error and it's really annoying me. I Trust the escapist and I'm pretty sure I'll be safe, but clicking the "proceed anyway" link every time I want to load a page on the escapist since September is just too much.
I've cleared my cache (browsing history, cookies, everything) but to no avail, the issue still plagues me. Is there anything I can do?
Also switching to another browser is not viable option, and I also do not wish to hear how it must be my computer; given how wide spread this issue is (at least four threads on the topic not to mention the countless other suffering in silence like I was) means it's not just my computer, just because you don't get the issue doesn't mean the problem is on my end, perhaps the solution is on your's.

Thanks, and sorry for the mini rant in the end there.

I'm surprised that this is an issue. Are you guys fully updated? I've been using Chrome for half a year and haven't been having these problems at all.

Oh that's a good point, it should be noted I'm running the Google Chrome BETA, Up to date but the Beta never-the-less.
If anyone needs to know the version is 9.0.597.19

People actually use Google Chrome?
Sure, its one of the best browsers available, with excellent speed and compatibility. I use chrome, opera and firefox, not all at the same time obviously but for different things and sometimes for a change I will switch from one to the other.
