Greatest Villain?

Who is the Greatest of all gaming villains? Personally, i'd go for Albert Wesker, but am open to dicussion.

I want to say Dr. Lecter but he's not video game... so I guess I'd go with the Arbiter from Halo Wars or maybe Frank Fontaine.

Actually, Kessler from inFAMOUS was pretty good, not saying he is the best though.

He convinces you that his buisness partner is a triggerhappy lunatic, lets you kill him and then he hands you over to a guy that wanted you dead in the past and Is one of the few reasons you wanted to escape that past. he also keeps mentioning how he is playing you/wants to toture and kill roman in the rest of the game

Dr. Breen from HL2 probably qualifies. He's hardly a good guy,even despite he did what he had to.

Or it's Gleeman Vox from Ratcheteadlocked. Just because his occupation is "dickmoves extraordinary". From what i know,events of this whole game is one gigantic dickmove on his part.

No, I think the time has come for us to recognize that no villain can beat zombie/cyborg/demon Hitler. May his games be full of brains to eat, computers to assimilate, and souls to capture.
