Nope, but it is in France--on the other side of the country though, nearer the east border.

I have no idea. But the arches look European--as do the domes in the first photo--or, do to the symmetry of design and the smaller arches--maybe it's middle eastern.

Is it either of those regions? Eastern Europe or the Middle East?

It looks a bit like Mumbai!. Very Indian-ish architecture. The more I stare at it the more the arch looks like the 'Gateway ff India' but that could be because I just watched an episode of 'By Any Means' on NatGeo Adventure and it was the scene where they got to Mumbai India.

If I am right I pass my turn on to whoever wants it!. :D

Oh, yeah--I just went ahead and googled Mumbai and a picture of the arch comes up. Awesomesauce, man.
