I'm not watching the trailer. I've already saw one trailer for it, and another is unnecessary. I'm honestly not excited about this movie. They are making another one after this, as it's been stated both of these sequels have been shot back to back.

Other possibilities include "... the franchise" and "... your brain cells".
All understandable joking aside, the last one was the most successful piece of the franchise, and also for a horror movie in general with a female lead. The unfortunate irony is having to contend with so many stains in between then and the original, and I’m not talking blood; more the brown, stinky variety.

These studios need to realize even success franchises need to eventually end though. Truly this will be the end of an era, as even if they ever continue it they won’t have any familiar faces left.

Can only presume the title could also be followed up with “…the box office” too.
If it kills the box office, doesn’t that usually mean it was very successful? I mean lest we forget in the age of hyped, billion dollars blockbusters that shit like Halloween is dirt cheap to make? Like if any of its modern entries have cost more than $50million I’d be shocked. Fucking hell, Murder on the Orient Express only cost $55mil; made over $300mil and that was enough to green light Death on the Nile - which incidentally I’m looking forward to - because even that rather unimpressive total is over five times the budget.

I'm kinda hoping they kill off Judy Greer in this. Jamie's been killed off twice already, doubt they'd do it a third time. And they need the granddaughter for the Millennial demo. Judy can go though. Axe her to raise the stakes and all. Fine by me. I don't remember rooting for any of the people who get killed in the 2018 movie. I wouldn't for Judy either but it would be someone who matters to the plot at least.

Dude, that babysitter was cool - she was gonna dry hump her boyfriend.
Don't remember her I'm afraid.
I remember (spoilers) the "journalists", the prison bus break, that long sequential shot of the neighborhood rampage, that fat dude, Not Loomis, guy who was Ned Bellamy or looked a lot like him (Judy's husband? Ex? Friend?) and the cops at the end. And weirdly the douchebag bf not getting it but I guess they were saving him for this.
