Halo 3: ODST Stuck on a level...

Ok, I'm stuck on kikwani station. Mickey wants me to open a door blocking the Phantom's path. I tried the two securty stations and the other two doors, nothing. There's no button to press. Where am I supposed to open the door? I have the first door open, but it is the second one I need to open. help pleasE?

Press up on the D-pad, you'll get a an objective marker from the Superintendent that will show you where you need to go. I'm guessing he's directing you to the backup generator? It's in a small control room after you get past the brutes with the plasma turret.

Sticky grenade? What's that!? Maybe I shouldn't have started off on Heroic mode after all...

it's right under the phantom. the left most door

EDIT: unless you mean the part where the door doesn't open properly in which case it's in the second security room in the center console

Ok i have no idea what ur talking about. But the phantom start moving and the door opened ; i have no idea what happened.

It's like they added puzzle solving to Halo and now ppl don't know what to do when pumping lead into it doesn't fix the problem or make the thing die.

I am stuck in the Oni Alpha level - supposed to be a detonator in the dock area out by the water - the only reason I know that is because of a walkthrough on some other site... this game is frustrating - you never know what to do or where to go-really poor game design. Anyway, anyone know what else to try? No detonator, no enemies... does the right stuff have to be downloaded before other things show up or what???
