I guess I should. It's just that there's plenty of self destructive naive idiots who play CoD and watch these movies (which end up working like propaganda) and end up joining the military to fulfill their fantasies. Doesn't sit too well with me.

The Harry Potter reference in the article title had me thinking there was going to be some sort of occult bit popping up. The lack thereof made me realize what I'd really like to see is a movie based off Stross's Laundry Files.

What I saw was an under muscled version of XXX, in Britain. And Mssr. Jackson was kind enough to appear in this as well. Bravo, that did complete my sense of 'been there, seen that' nicely. ( yes, yes, Firth and Caine rock, no argument there )

And sure, why not. XXX was terrible (and fun, but really. terrible) and I can't for the life of me seeing it appeal to teens now. Better this new iteration of the idea than a reboot.
