Mine isn't so much inflammation or joint pain (though that does happen if I do something stupid and push harder than I should), just a general soreness. That last note is also good to know. I wasn't going to do a big workout afterwords since I figured it would probably effect your muscles, it's still useful to have the info.
Also as a side note, I love that bodybuilding website; I've been using it to learn about different exercises and those videos/demonstrations are incredibly handy.
