I walked out of the new Transformers yesterday on the basis that if Michael Bay can't be bothered to establish and finish scenes properly but CAN be bothered to find a girl who's a worse actress than Megan Fox, then it's clear that the situation is best abandoned quickly and quietly to avoid further unpleasantaries (of which I'm sure this film had more of than the Human Centipede 2).

I wanted to walk out of Tron and Bridge to Terabitha, I HATED those movies, but I was with other people. My girlfriend wanted to walk out of Tron too though... I pay the price for not speaking sooner...

I did walk out of Swan Lake on Ice, with my dad. We both downright refused to watch another minute :p

I stopped watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix about 20 minutes in and fell asleep/started pissing about with my friends, only reason I didn't leave was because I went with my friends. It's as if I had walked out as I don't know what happened in the rest of the film, does that count?

Never walked out of a movie by my boyfriend and I couldn't finish the Last Air Bender, especially since we re-watched the anime from beginning to end the previous month. We were watching a pirated copy, a cam one, and the audience did a lot of walking out. Oh, and shouting at the screen. "IT's AHNG!" and other corrections. We made to the scene where Aang stole Katara's speech to the Earth Benders and said "screw this noise". Btw, the casting of that movie was so racist I had to take a shower afterwards. White eskimos do not exist.

I have never left because I hated the movie but I have left because I had an emergency to go to and that was half way through the curious case of benjamin button.

I've never walked out of a movie before. It's just too damn expensive. I did come very, very close once though.

It was like 8pm one night when I got a call from a friend of mine who said he was bored, and wanted to know if I wanted to go to the movies with him. Had nothing better to do, so I agreed. We checked to see what was playing, and the only movie with a showtime that we'd be able to get to was The Cave.

It. Was. Awful.

We probably would have walked out, but because it had been in theaters for a while (and was awful), the theater was completely empty except for us. So rather than walking out we turned it into our very own Mystery Science Theater 3000.

I've walked out on a movie due to a bomb scare and the mall being evacuated, but never because it was bad. I think Atlas Shrugged: Part One was the only movie I've seen in recent years that I thought was bad enough to walk out on, and I stayed because I wanted to review it so I needed to know the full extent of the badness. And when I saw Green Lantern I actually got up and went to the bathroom because I was so bored I didn't care if I missed part of it.

I have stopped reading books or playing games because they were bad, though, but books and games take more effort to finish than movies do.

I haven't walked out during a movie in a cinema but at a uni I went to we had to watch a film for an exam (Mrs Miniver) and I walked out of that.

It was made in the forties so I'm not sure how many have seen it but there was this one character that annoyed me so much I decided I didn't want to sit through the film any longer.
