Everyone survived to the ending, although Jayden ending up not featuring at all at the Warehouse.
Ethan saved Shaun.
Madison arrived to say she'd discovered who the killer was and could prove Ethan's innocence. Shelby showed his face, which led to Ethan getting shot in the gut.
Madison and Shelby fought up a crane until Ethan popped up and shot him dead.
I got the epilogues, A New Life, Resignation and Origami's Grave (and the News, but you always get that)
Ethan, Madison and Shaun start a life together.
Jayden quits the FBI for a normal life.
Lauren vents her contempt and spits on Shelby's grave.
Second playthrough:
Again, everyone survived to the ending.
Ethan saved Shaun.
Madison warned Ethan about the police snipers and the three of them left together.
Jayden fought Shelby but was killed by a giant hammer to the face. (purposefully, heh) This meant that Shelby escaped. Fortunately, I got an epilogue that resolved that.

Ethan and Shaun in their new home (no Madison this time.)
Madison on a talk show, then in a store signing copies of her book "Heavy Rain". A unseen man asked her to sign the book, then commented she needed a better adversary, somebody more ferocious. When she looked up, they had vanished. (Jokey sequel bait?)
Perry and Blake talked about Jayden's funeral, which they didn't give a toss about. Blake put on ARI and saw Jayden.
Shelby at large on the streets meets Lauren. She confronts him with the truth - he was never hired by any of the families of the victims. All he did was collect evidence he'd left behind, erase his past and feed off the misery of the parents of the children he'd killed. She swore on her son's grave that she'd kill the man who murdered him. She produces a gun. A shot rings out. (I thought this scene was great. Lauren is awesome.)
I'm still playing around with various scenes. I haven't had a really tragic ending yet, so that's my next task.
