I am a male, and yes, I do enjoy metal music.
Maybe not Iron Maiden and Metallica (bands I consider to be typical metal), but I'm into the more shoutey subcultures:].

Male. Some, I like stuff like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden and Led Zeppelin. I dislike death metal though.
Gender: Male
Inclination towards Metal music: Yes, certain subgenres at least. Including, but not limited to: Alternative, Folk, Industrial, Power, Speed, Symphonic, and Traditional.
Also: I'm suspicious of this thread being less about compiling data pertaining to gender and inclination to the 'Metal' music genre, and more so post bait for some sort of 'Hot Tread' badge.

Female and yes, as long as the production quality is good and the singer doesn't sound like a goddamn caveman with throat cancer.
This is an incredibly poor method of data gathering, as gathering your data through voluntary response introduced response bias. If you're using this for a statistics project, that's something you should have learned in any statistics course. If you're going to insist on this method of data gathering, I would not tell your instructor how you got the data.

EDIT: I'm not adding a poll because I need the independent values of each possible outcome of the variable, and because I'll be cropping the population to a sample of the first 300 users that reply.
EDIT: Don't be absolutist about your likeness of heavy metal, if you like it just a bit, then you count as a yes on my book. Besides, bear in mind, this is for educational purposes, and it doesn't have any relevance whatsoever. On the other hand, if you're unsure if what you like is "heavy", post a video, and I'll take my own conclusions from that
