Thank you Uncle Sam, for that rousing opening to the post.
OT: Okay, so I heard about a game used in Improvisation groups in which all members of the group contribute a single word in succession to build up sentences, which will in turn build up a story. For example:
Person #1 : 'The'
Person #2 : 'Cat'
Person #3 : 'And'
Person #4 : 'His'
Person #5 : 'Pet'
Person #6 : 'Turtle'
Person #7 : 'Encountered'
Person #8 : 'A'
Person #9 : 'Break-dancing'
Person #10: 'Church'
Person #11: 'Congregation'
So you see what can happen? Basically, you will each contribute a single word which will affect the outcome of the sentence. That word can be as ridiculous as you want, as long as it continues in forming a coherent sentence [as in, grammatically correct]. You can also choose to end the sentence at any point, but please let it run for a quite a few words, so people can have some fun.
Oh, and I apologise if this against regulations [because of the whole one-word post thing].
I will begin...
