Not technically but after finishing the last download Mother-ship Zeta, getting to level 30, finding and exploring ALL the buildings on the map (sometimes twice) and completing every single quest whats left to do.

Any suggestions on stuff to do, I love the game and want to continue playing it, but doing something other than walk in one direction and get into fights and re-explore buildings, it gets old.

The games on my Xbox so no mods
Congratulations, you just spent 71 hours 33 minutes 07 seconds to completely knock the crap out of Fallout 3. Now grab a quick bite to eat and prepare for the next round.

And now for real: thumbs up, man. I had Fallout 3 since the release because I'm a videogame journalist and I just recently completed every quest there is to do in the game (not counting any of the DLC's). Must've been one hell of a chore to explore everything, kill everything (everything threatening, that is) and to finish every quest.

Now all that's left for you is to wait for the next Bethesda-game, right? Or wait for Modern Warfare 2 or another awesome game that's coming out soon.

Well Although it may be over for you I reccomend messing about a bit. Use saves and go crazy with the experimental mirv on a town of choice. Maybe make a HUGE pile of mines (All kinds) and try to kill someone with it.

Ahhhh the pain of having an RPG game with nothing to left to do. Oh boy do I know that feeling, I have the same in Oblivion (I did most of the main quests save for Dark Brotherhood and Theives guild as I still have ethics) and the original Fable and Saint's Row 2 (not an rpg but still) the problem being that all good things must come to an end and you need to find something new to play.
This is one reason I have a lot of 'semi linear games' where you can tackle the same set pieces any way you want but ultimatley when there is nothing left to do the game is simply over. Titles like Bioshock fit this.
your missing out on a lot with dark brotherhood and thieves guild, they're insanely fun quest lines. But yeah, @ OP, thats what I found with fo3 after I completed it, there was just no replay value for me, and it pissed me off -_-. I have no suggestions :S

do what i did.. start the game on hardest difficulty level and make a melee character and try the game with close range combat instead of guns! my fav weps so far are the samurai sword from zeta and the fire sword you can craft.. having max sneak really helps in building and such ...
This.
Also, if you played a good character, try playing evil or vice versa.

There are other good games to play too.
If you like exploring weird places, try the new Batman.
Open world mayhem more your thing? Get Prototype or Saints Row 2.

Kill everything? =/
Yeah that sounds like the best idea. You've got nothing to lose or gain, so why not hunt down every living person and become the ruler of the land, etc?

Think of yourself as an assassin of sorts. Or serial killer. You know, whatever.

Hey the Thieves guild are ethical! They actually fine you for killing people, and they're the robin hood types, stealing from the rich who screwed over the poor, etc.

They were the first guild I joined, and as such, have a special place in my heart.
It's also extremely fun and you go to probably the most amazing places in the game.

Oh here's another one:

Get every location unlocked, including the overground entrance to Vault 87
You can do that? I remember walking blindly into the radiation field surrounding it on the outside and eventually just fell down and died while the geiger counter was ticking around the 100's per second (IIRC).
Yep it's possible, here's what ya gotta do:

Go to the northern side of the map marker.

Bring at least 50 or 60 radaways with you, an advanced radiation suit and some rad-X.

Pop some rad-x and put on the suit.

Now run as fast as you can but keep hitting your pipboy every second and popping a bunch of radaways to bring your level back down.

Keep saving on your way in case you die.

Took me a couple of tries but its easy once you just keep popping that radaway!

Once you drop down the little ledge and unlock the map marker just keep going, there's nothing worth getting from the dead body there and the door is inaccessible.

Then go home to megaton and vomit up the fifteen pints of radaway you just necked!

Well, if you really have exhausted all your options, i.e., downloaded all the downloadable content, gotten all the achievements, reached level 30, then I suggest a Wasteland Cleansing, pure and simple.

What is a Wasteland Cleansing, you ask? Why, it's simple. Kill every NPC in the entire Fallout 3 world. Including the dogs. Kill every character that can be killed. Then jump off Tenpenny Tower, and your genocide of the Wasteland will be complete.

Go on. You know you want to.
