Help with my Glitchy Fable 2 game,

Im stuck, more stuck than I ever have been in this game, and I need help, or some voice of reason to tell me to give it up.
Ive picked this up to see how rich I have gotten since the four months of not playing it

Then I found that I wanted to complete all completeable quests, but Im stuck in the quest love hurts, Ive collected all the body parts, and given the torso and legs to the grave keeper but my game still thinks lady Greys head is in the chest which I have already opened and now my game has been repeating its self over and over, as soon as I get to the mansion it acts like when you first start the quest with the grave keeper telling me to go away then to get the body part, then my game glitchs and I can start the second part of the quest imdideatly, then it tells me to go back and get the head from the ALREAY OPENED CHEST AGAIN, and when I return back to the mansion it replays the whole Go get the torso, and legs agian.....

Am I fucked is there anyway to fix this?

Pretty fucked, yes. I'm really sorry, but the only option here seems to be: Throw away that shitty game and forget you ever played it and go back to playing the first.

Trust me, It's not easy to finish the game entirely without running into disturbing bugs.

Sorry but there isn't much you can do.
And does anyone know how to change your sex again? I did it for laughs but the damn game autosaved and overwrote my save file. Why would you make the manual and autosave share the same space?

I don't think you can fix that one. That potion is a one-shot deal and suffers from a bad case of "no plans no back-up no prototype."

I'm sorry mate, but you're going to have to start the game all over again since Fable 2 doesn't allow multiple save slots. There is no fix.
