More than likely, I'd probably go purchase BlazBlue: Continuum Shift. I've enjoyed Calamity Trigger so far, so maybe the next game in the series will be just as fun.

I already picked up Fable 3, so at the point the only X360 game I don't have yet that I actually want is Halo: Reach.

PS3 is my main console, so I only get exclusives on the 360.

Probably Pre-order L.A. Noire, or pick up another copy of RDRedemption so that I could play online with friends - I have a PS3 copy, and the zombie nightmare DLC looks beyond fun.
