I still have my Hot Coffee version of San Andreas unopened sitting on my shelf...I wonder if it will have any actual value in the future. Funny thing is I didn't keep it just because I thought it would be worth something unopened when I heard the scandal, I just never got around to playing it.

Why are these lawsuits taking so long to get done?

Why did they exist in the first place?

To my knowledge the game was an 18, and you had to intentionally do certain things in order to unlock it. Nobody who accessed the mini-game would have done so without knowing exactly what it was.

When it first came out before everyone knew about the Hot Coffe it was advertised as M rated not adult only. And since there is a huge difference between them according to alot of stores so they had to do what they thought was right. Change the rating, pull the M rated versions and then compensate the customers who bought it under false pretenses.

Wait, so you're telling me that people who downloaded a mod, installed it and then went into the game knowing 100% what would happen if they did are getting free money for being "traumatized"? That's like me taking a hammer and smashing it off my head, then getting insurance money for "brain damage".

it was a clearly mature rating, and no american soccer moms that doesent mean you ''feel'' like hes mature enough, in europe we dont use mature or evryone or that kinda tihng, we use age wich is 3+ 7+ 12+ 16+ and 18+ and 18+ was grand theft auto meaning kids shouldent get it so its not very fair for rockstar studios to have to pay millions for stupid kids and theyr ignorant moms
