How are the android-like things in Zero Puntuation called?

Imps. Well, they initially showed up in his video on The Darkness to represent the little critters there, which are imps. Not sure if they have a different "official" name.

They do, if you listen carefully in the Dark Souls III review, Yahtzee mentions "using the same Imp graphic for the last 9 years" or something in those lines.

They are called Imps, as everyone here has said. They usually represent either NPCs or minor characters in the videos. They also act as canon fodder when Yahtzee needs to let off a bit of steam.
