When I need to calm down, I just fire up some Collective Soul songs and lay down. My favourite group ever, combined with one of my favourite activities, usually always does the job.
Run with my Ipod playing or go and smash the pads/heavy bag. Nothing beats going to training after a bad day at work. I turn into a mushroom cloud laying ************ when the gloves go on and the gum shield goes in. Like a 150lb king kong.
