How do you like sleeping with another person?

I've slept next to many people, my brother, father, mother, girlfriend, guy friends, random people, and I've never really had a problem with it. Just recently though, I had spent the night at a friend's house with my girlfriend, and it was hot. I couldn't sleep, not only was it something like 90 degrees outside, I had a living heater next to me. Horrible.

So how about you guyz? Is it something you like, or do you prefer to be on your lonesome?

Me and my other half usually cuddle or spoon (I still think spooning sounds dirtier than it is), for a little while anyway, then we usually break it off and sleep more comfortably.

We have a king-sized bed, so there's plenty of room to do what we want.

I haven't been sleeping well lately and sleeping with other people in the room has always been a problem for me, but whenever my girlfriend is around I fall fast asleep with her. So I like it a bit, just with the right person.

I am ambivalent when sleeping next to someone I don't know. I would hate sharing a bed with anyone I hate or a family member(double hate if I hate the family member). However, I love falling asleep with a female who doesn't fall into the first two categories. It makes me feel loved.

Basically this. I love cuddling but I can't actually fall asleep that way.

My boyfriend has moved a few times in the last year and we were confined to a single bed for a long time which wasn't the most comfortable situation. Sometimes if it was too warm I wouldn't be able to sleep and I'd get really irritable.

I love sleeping with my boyfriend but every now and again I enjoy having a big bed to myself where I can spread my limbs and hog the blanket as much as I like... also there's less snoring.

I've slept next to just about everyone I know, it comes with the territory of not knowing anyone stupid enough to drink and drive, and being too poor for a taxi home.

5 beds, 17 people it's bound to lead to sleeping next to someone unless you're a big fan of the kitchen floor.

I don't mind it, although I'm a serial spooner (Cereal Spooner hahahaha) so that's awkward.

I've only sleep in a bed with another person when it was a friend. It was simple. To avoid the awkwardness of looking at each others faces for 8-9 hours, I turned 180 degrees and slept with my head near his feet.

We usually hug or spoon for a little bit then kinda split to each side of the bed otherwise it just gets to hot or uncomfortable.

Plus I'm told i mumble in my sleep and twitch slightly. and i guess at one point I was having a particularly rough dream and I just outright beat a friend's ass when he came to check on me.

I've slept with many people (sleeping wise not sex wise) and have no real issue with it. Apart from this one time.

I'd recently broken up with my girlfriend of the time and was taking it pretty badly. She'd meant a lot to me and I'd screwed it up. I kept having nightmares about her attacking me or her dying and just generally fucked up shit involving her.
So anyway my best mate decides to come over, get drunk and play games with me. We have a pretty good laugh and eventually crash out on my bed (it's a double).
Next thing I know it's pitch black and my mate is punching me, while I'm bear hugging his legs. Apparently I was having another nightmare and had attached myself to his legs like a limpet or something and started shouting for my ex to stop hurting me.
That was pretty fucked up.

I love sleeping with my sweetheart. I fall asleep a lot quicker with him then without. :/ When we're sleeping together I feel safe and content. I really hate not being able to sleep with him.
