How Identical Are These Games?

So, when I went to my local GameStop to put enough to reserve a PS4, the staff and I notcied a little something weird about 2 games for the Wii:

The games Top Shot Dinosaur Hunter and Jurassic: The Hunted.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jurassic:_The_Hunted

Sadly, a wiki page for Top Shot Dinosaur Hunter does not exist.

In looking at these games, we noticed on the back that both games were published by Activision, made by Cauldron, they had the same screenshots on the back and the same descriptions of the game and story on the back. The only things that were different were the box art on the front (obviously) and the color and font of the words on the back.

Does anyone else know of anything similar happening like this? And...is this even legal to do?

Probably Activision and Cauldron got a cease and desist or similar legal action from Universal (or Crichton's estate) and had to rename the game from something obviously intended to be confused with the Jurassic Park franchise

The other thing we noticed, that I forgot to mention, was that the copyright dates were different as well, but only by a year. I think Top Shot was 2009 and Jurassic was 2010. Can't be 100% sure of that, but I believe that's what the boxes said.

Top Shot is a TV series on the History Channel, so maybe the trademark/copyright issues came from there.

If the info on IGN is correct, then Jurassic released first in november 2009, while Top Shot came a year later in december 2010.

I've also noticed that Cauldron's and Activision's website both list Jurassic, but Top Shot is nowhere to be found.

Both boxes had all of the same company symbols on them, so both were definitely made/published by them. Also, on the Wii games list page, both games are listed, but as I mentioned, Top Shot doesn't have a wiki page for itself.
