I've just been told by my mum that my dad and my stepmum are both porn stars.
They run their own website where you pay a subcription to watch videos of them (with other people as well).

I have two dilemmas about it. The first is that my mum has told me that she doesn't want me seeing them ever. I would still want to see them because I still love them, but I don't know if it would be awkward when I do see them, and if I should tell them that I know about it.

The other is that I have a stepbrother and stepsister who are younger than me (they are 18 though), but I don't know whether I should tell them, since it is their mum involved. I don't want them finding out through one of their friends telling them, because that would be hurtful for them, but then again are they better off not knowing?

Keep seeing your dad and stepmom, and tell your stepbrother and stepsister. They should be old enough to not be traumatized by the information, and it's your call what part of your family you want to talk to.

I'd tell your dad and stepmum that you know and ask if your stepsiblings know and whether they want them to know. And tell your mum to let you see them, they haven't changed as people.
That's what I'd do.

It's not your business to tell your step-siblings, I'd assume, so don't mention it to them.
But in regards to seeing your dad + stepmother - He's your parent and she's part of your family now. What's so wrong with having sex and/or recording it? If they enjoy it and aren't hurting anyone, then all the power to them.
Might sound a little harsh but you're an adult and your mum can't stop you seeing him without any form of legal proceedings. Your dad has a job, one I suspect he enjoys a lot, and you should support him in it - Just as you'd want to be supported in your career.

Hey do you really WANT to see them? Probably not. So don't worry about it, you've evaded even finding out this is happening at all for this long, chances are you'll never get to see them. After all the point of a subscription porn service is to deny access to everyone except those who pay the fee, so if you get to see the images someone isn't doing their job correctly.

Up to you what you tell other people. I personally wouldn't tell them, but it may depend on how close you are. Perhaps best to leave that decision in the court of those who are actually more directly involved.

Seeing your over 18 you're an adult and as such can see whoever you want to (so long as they've no restraining order upon you). Tell them your mother told you, and talk about it with them.

As for your step-siblings, it's not your place to tell them their parents occupations, if they don't know then their parents obviously don't think they're ready to find out yet, then again they might already know and finding it's a secret from you, and only you wouldn't be nice.

If they are unaware and you bring it up you'll cause tension between yourself and that part of your family. Maybe enough for them to stop talking to you.

Yeah I'd be a bit suspicious that your mum might not be telling the whole truth, or stretching it, or something...Just be careful.

You could ask your dad to confirm, just say that you've heard it and you might not even have to mention your mum - could be a friend who was buying a porn subscription and noticed it's your dad - if they know what he looks like.

Yeah don't tell the step-kids, it might put you in the bad books with the family; they might not trust you, think you're trying to turn them against their father and mother, and so on.

I really wouldn't want to, but I think I'd have to after knowing it was there.

Edit: I don't see why you shouldn't be allowed to see your father, you're old enough to make your own decisions. As for telling siblings I don't think it should be up to you, talk to your father though, just so it's out and not weird between the both of you. You'll feel better after talking about it and maybe laugh about it, then it won't be awkward at all.
As for telling your friends, they will certainly look for it if you just mention it's possibly there, so I doubt you'd want that. (That's obvious advice though)
