Lol at the snow leapord. Is there any way they could have tamed it or something (befriend?), by the looks of its combat skills, it wouldve been a really good hunting companion. Next time, go fishing!

Great episode nonetheless.
Ha! Fish? My character is already wearing scale-mail. A snow leopard coat is well worth taking risks for, especially for Jinx (my character) - she has many outfits which would be complimented by white fur.
Well, then I stand corrected.

Heh, this episode reminds of the GURPS campaign I was in a while back - we spent a lot of time hunting. On the bright side, we tamed an elephant and named him Stampy! Ah, memories...

Silly girls. I had 20 rations in my pack. But hard to resist is the Snow leopard coat. Some girls like shiny things... some like cute fluffy things... Jinx likes wearing the skin of dead animals. We love animals, but probably wouldn't be invited to a PETA meeting.

Satine was pouting in the background rolling her next character... but what kind??!?! You'll have to wait for next week to find out.

I have to admit, though I would likely have passed on a snow leopard when I'm looking for a light snack, I am one of the kamikaze idiots that make a cleric so... necessary in many parties.

Funny...around the start of this show i made a few suggestions which got me flamed by the forum-goers (They were all "Oh those will never work, your stupid").

I check up on this series here to see how its doing and all of the things i suggested have been implemented.

(Cleaner set, Better visuals of characters)

Great episode.

To see that considerations were taken and this has grown is a sign of great progress.

This show is now something I'll watch from the start.

It's the same exact set. It's no more or less "clean" than it was on any other day.

All this was shot and cut long before you said any of the stuff you said...(which I am now examining...)
...hmm...

Anyway: you asked to see the "board with the players pieces" which makes no sense because there's no board in the version of D&D we play.

Also, you asked that we fake the show by shooting somewhere other than our apartment, which we didn't.

You complained about the sound, too, which is weird because the sound on the show has always been done exactly the same and everybody else is fine with it--except for old people who think The Sword is too loud.

Anyway, glad you like it.

SWEET. I think I speak for the posse at large when I say that we continue to gift you with the mental cookies. I fell asleep with Bongzilla still playing before readying for work tonight, so mine might taste...funny, but only at first.

Now, onto this week's matters. For obvious reasons, we've all had a chance to admire the various pieces of body art spread across most of the cast, but this week it became abundantly clear that while Frankie is only working with about 72% of the canvas space each of the rest of you lovelies has (and that includes Mr. Sabbath's scrawny self) she may very well have lapped the group with the amount of ink she walks around in. Has anyone taken the time to show off Frankie's work in some better detail than the passing glances here on the show? The good, high people of Asheville tend to reward that kind of documentation with cookies too.

I think Frankie is slipping cause she should have looted your body long before now. Favorite part this week was "RUN AWAY!" Monty Python and the Holy Grail quotes and D&D just seem to go together.

Roll a character for the puppy that's hanging around and watching the game. He seems interested - may be he's a closet roleplayer. Besides, your group looks like it could use a ranger that specialises in hunting cats.

Funnny stuff as ever - I felt especially sorry for Mandy this time. That's why I always hate playing the cleric!

Is this some sort of scam to get together with moderately hot girls every week or how comes these keep popping up every other day? xD
I have no idea what this guy is talking about, but if there's anybody on this forum who has a clue what he's on about I or one of the girls will try to answer it.

There's a possibility that he's referring to the advertisements for the show that pop up from time to time and you can scroll through all the episodes.

Then is the idea he's never watched an episode or did watch one and just lacks the ability to receive visual and/or auditory stimuli?

I have to tell you...

That was hilarious! I hope Justine (the trouble-maker) can stick around longer!

And Satine, I missed you! It'll be nice to have you back next episode...I'm excited to see who your new character is!

Although I have to wonder, ARE snow leopards an endangered species in Zak's world?
I was wondering this same thing myself. Being a barbarian, I wouldn't be surprised if she already had a couple snow leopard pelts of her own. Still, it was pretty funny - the brawny, armored fighter of the group leaving the squishy mage and thief to take down the cat themselves while she enjoyed some fishing. I liked Connie's attempt at distracting the leopard with the eyeball (and accidentally uncovering the magical properties of said eyeball too!), and Mandy's protests: "It probably has ice breath or some shit!" lol

It's always the random encounters that end up being the most troublesome. No one is expecting anything bad and then wham random demon. Or the fluffy bunny that critically hits a few times.

I just want to know if anyone in the group has the Survival skill and/or the ability to gut, skin, and butcher a snow leopard.

It's also possible that he doesn't completely understand the concept of the show and thinks you just put this on just to be around as he put it 'moderately hot chicks every week'. As for the the comment about them popping up every other day see my comment about the ads for the show.

Like I said: unable to receive visual or auditory stimuli.

You put a whole intro on the front of the show and some people are still gonna be like "Wait, those WERE the droids they were looking for? WTF is this shit?"

Another fine effort - keep'em coming. By now this is an established part of my Wednesday routine, first zeropunctuation, then a trip down memory lane when gamers were gamers and gamemasters were not afraid to finish off the group with random woodlands encounters.
