Bought a new car today, this one actually has a CD player... yes, it is sad.

Anyway, I enjoy cruising around at 3 in the morning just cause I do. I like listening to music too but the radio isn't always playing my tunes and using a radio transmitter for my phone still has me skipping around a lot.

I have my own list of music that I'll add but it wouldn't hurt to expand my horizons.

So help me out by listing some good cruising music. I'm not a huge rap fan but I'll take a chance if you provide a youtube link.

I thought cruising was what you did if you drive round looking for a prostitute?

not that I know about such things

Ahem

come on, it's a classic.

note: I usually hate country music but for some reason, I love this song.

I am confused as to what Cruising music means.

Whenever I go to a Midnight release, or just out late at night driving, I love listening to jazz. Does that count as cruising music.

Van Halen - Panama

Queen - Don't Stop Me Now

ZZ Top - I Got The Six

Dire Straits - Sultans of Swing

Lynyrd Skynyrd - Call Me The Breeze

Boston - More Than a Feeling

I think that is a good start

I'd say Rammstein, Kidneytheives, Skinny Puppy, White Zombie (basically any Industrial), MGMT, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, and any late 60s - early 70s Psyche Rock.
