I think I found a glitch in cod4

during the level "all ghillied up, when McMillan kills a man with a knife in the shipment yard, he drops a silenced p90, so I picked it up, in hopes of being able to use it in the next level.

after I take the shot a zakheav, and exit the building, I pull out my secondary weapon, and it turns out that the p90 magically turned into an AK47 during the sniping segment

has this ever happened to you?

The game does stuff like that all the time and frankly, it's really annoying. I heard it's been nick named the "next level" bug, or something like that...

Seriously?. What's with all the hostility here towards the OP?. It's a legit question, a glitch is a glitch!. He didn't say it was an interesting glitch, he just said he found *a* glitch. Personally I never noticed it in the game but way to be rude guys.

it isnt a bug, its something IW puttted in there, because apparently they dont like you using silenced weapons in an escape mission, i think.

Sorry if it appeared rude to you, or camokkid, but I didn't mean it in an offensive way. I was merely stating that normally happens. I believe it has something to do with the difficulty level you are on. on lower levels you keep your weapons, but at Veteran, it does this.

so again, sorry if it appeared offensive or insulting to you in any way, it was not my intention.
