I want to get back into Magic

I really want to play Magic the Gathering because I used to play it 5 or 6 years ago but I can't play with the people I used to play it with due to some unrelated issues, and i still have my old deck from back then because i still love the game. I just don't know what i can do to be able to play it and none of my friends at school are willing to try it, so I don't really know what i can do to play Magic with people again.

Look online for a local comic shop that holds Magic events near you. Common ones include T2 tournaments and Friday Magic which are held on a weekly basis.

Another option is playing online, the digital version of the game is called Duels of the Planeswalkers which is available on Steam, Live Arcade and PSN.

I played from Onslaught up until Shards and haven't really played since. Cool game just lost interest in it.

Try hobby shops and stuff, they'll probably have a community of people who play. If you just can't find anyone at all to play with and you REALLY want to get back into Magic, go get Magic Online. It's an old program, but it's got all the most recent Magic cards as well as all the older ones. You buy online boosters and play against people online.
