I want to put together a truly epic forum rpg

And by "epic," I mean the actual definition of the word. A long running, perhaps even poetic, saga in the fairy tale tradition.

In concept, I would co dm the game, while playing a character equal to all others in significance.

I would like any and all prospective co Dm's to pm me with ideas for story, setting, and rules first. I want to put real thought and work into this, get a lot of people involved, exercise our imaginations, and have a lot of fun.

I'm kinda leaning towards a classic fairy tale setting or Star Wars universe (I know, I know) but am totally open to ideas.

And, the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of actually constructing it as a poem.

Epic poems don't have to rhyme (I actually don't think I've ever encountered one that did) but it would consist of stanzas with a basic and loose rhythm scale.
