... Death. HA! LOOPHOLE! But really, gastrointestinal processing. I'll lose weight and never get hungry. Also never have to go to the bathroom.
Actually, to some degree that is NOT a loophole, amino acids stop the breaking down of the molecules at the end of your DNA, the ones that when lost, cause ageing. So you could have biological immortality (although likely with an increased risk of cancer, which you might get many times if you don't get killed in an accident of some sorts).

So for me it would either be that (But only if I could also have it for my future wife, lonely and immortal sounds shit) or I would not need sleep and always feel completely fine and refreshed as if I had just had a very good sleep.
You wouldn't have to be lonely just because one wife dies, you could always get married again and with immortality you could experience so many different cultures and all that and learn so many different skills, try so many different jobs. Although two main downsides:

1) The world is going to end eventually, whether humans cause it or billions (or trillions?) of years from now when the sun inevitably explodes, it would be pretty boring in space for eternity or alone in the world.

2) Even though you could remarry you'd probably become extremely depressed since life would lose all value.
Not lonely no, but upset. And after the things that so many years would do to your head... I would need someone else who understood that by my side, not a new wife every few decades. Also, it would be odd for me to stay married to someone into their seventies when I was still biologically only ever going to be in my 20s or 30s. I think for my sanity and to enjoy it all, I would need a wife who could live a long as I did with me.

On your point, biological immortality does not mean invulnerability, an accident could definitely kill you, but I would like to live a pretty peaceful life with minimal risk of death...

Yes, without other people like me, life would definitely seem worthless, how tragic if the only immortal being committed suicide... They HAVE to make a movie about that.

This post has transcribed my thoughts down to a "t." What is this sorcery?

Sleeping would be my decision because I always have a lot of things I want to do, like write, read, and draw, but I sleep so much I don't have time for it. If I could eliminate the time spent sleeping, I bet I could be a lot more productive.
You are the second person to have said this.

Childbirth.
Use protection/ other methods of contraception like the pill, implant.
Oh, also enjoy having "Lack of content" getting throw at you.
Of course I'm aware that these things exist, that doesn't mean I'd be perfectly happy not having to rely on them by having the problem magically disappear, which is what I thought the thread was about v: Also not understanding your last sentence.

Probably would give up aging. Why bother with that? I've done it every day and now seems like a reasonable time to stop. "23"

Menstruating. I can't believe no one's brought that up yet! I would definitely do without it (and all its other things - cramps, bloating, etc.) if I could.

ETA: No, wait, I guess I'm not TOO shocked no one's said this yet. Know your audience and all that.
Yeah, I'd have to agree with you on this. Not the funnest time to have.
Otherwise, I think I'd go with pooping. It's just generally not a nice thing, and while yes, there is some relief after an extended session, it's more trouble than it's worth.
I'll be voting for menstruation too. It just sucks that in addition to leaking blood, you get all the other little miseries to go with it =S And I know you can technically skip your period every time if you're on the pill, but it'd be nice just to do away with it altogether.

I'd agree that it'd also be nice to give up all the unpleasant sides of childbirth as well, but at least you get something for all your efforts! What do you get from your period? Nothing, that's what... =P
Bleh, I'm not a fan of childbirth. Twelve to seventy hours of pain, following by being confronted with an angry blob or red mashed potato that will slowly get bigger and become more of a drain on resources? I'll pass overall thanks.

Assuming the body will work as intended without the function i would say blood flow

i would be immune to a heart attack, wouldn't bleed out and would no longer have a need for oxygen

firstly I'm going to apologise. I've just noticed how much of a dick I sound in the post.

And yes, I can agree with what your saying.

"Low content post" Your post is one word long. Surly that counts as low content, then again, I'm not a mod.

If you could just not have to do something, what would it be? What if you never had to shave again especially for ladies who hate shaving their legs, or never had to go to the bathroom? What if you never had to sleep again? What about if you could live without breathing, you could never choke or drown. What would you choose?

Obviously, I am kind of playing fast and loose with the definition of bodily function, but basically I am asking what is something that you have to do every day, and it would be awesome to not have to do that ever again.

I would go without sleeping, think of all the extra time you would have.

What would you choose and why?
well, i'm suffering from bouts of insomnia as of late and i can tell you that not sleeping is NOT fun. it gets really boring around 1:00.

I would pick not eating instead

True, but would not sleeping be so bad if you weren't tired at all?

Sleep. Damn just think of all the games I could play if my body somehow managed to function with zero sleep.

Being able to keep track of how long I sleep and being able to wake up at will. Things like that.
Would be cool to have something like the sleep/wait function on Oblivion xD
You could select however many hours you needed on the little scroll bar and it would tell you when you would wake up.

OT: I'm not sure really, maybe yawning because I've been told that I yawn like a lion, and sometimes I'm that tired I cant help but do it in peoples faces xD

I'd give up impulse control. Then no one can blame me for any of my actions since I have no control over them! Problem, law?

I'd give up dying. Dying seems like the thing to give up.

As long as I can evolve, beyond the person I was a minute before...

SWEAAAAATING

I could get so fit! I actually really like working out (yes, I'm one of those freaks), but I hardly ever do it because I get totally dehydrated faster than other people. Hey, and I wouldn't have to stay inside all the damn time. The only time of year I can be comfortably active all the time is the winter, and then everybody ELSE wants to stay inside.
