If you could remake one original xbox game with up to date graphics and features what would it be?

I wouldn't. The best Xbox game is already invented, and it's called Jade Empire, and improving its graphics would do nothing to make it better, at least not this gen... maybe by next gen I'll be whistling a different tune

I'd like to see a new Mechassault. Yeah, a bunch of people hated it and it was pretty far removed from the gameplay of other Mechwarrior games (but hey, so was MechCommander) but I really quite enjoyed it. I enjoyed the other Mechwarrior games as well.

I was going to say Jet Set Radio Future at first, but then I realised you really don't *need* to remake it, just put the old one up for download. The graphics, being cel-shaded stuff, are still decent enough and the gameplay/music is as delectable now as it was at release. Maybe a few extra features could be added, but I think on the whole it'd be a pretty nice game to throw out as-is.

I'd considered Jade Empire as well, but again, why remake when you can just do Jade Empire 2? ;D

Agreed in my opinion Morrowind is still better than Oblivion even with the graphics and gameplay difference, but with updated graphics it would be double the awesomeness.

I have no real issue with any of the games on the Xbox, but I would like to see some PS1 era games updated. Final Fantasy VII-IX, Metal Gear Solid (though that did get redone on the Gamecube), Fear Effect, Alone in the Dark, and maybe a remake of Earthworm Jim.

One problem I have with morrowind is the magic. It is probably the better game, but I am a mage at heart and it can be annoying to be one on morrowind.
