If you sold ALL your video games , how much money would you have?

im not sure if this is a question for the gaming forums , but it does concern video games so , If you sold all your video games, how much money do you think you would get in return?

I have about 130 hard copies of video games ( not counting steam games) , i think i would get at least about 2 500$ if i sold all of them ( considering some would only be worth 5 $ and others about 30$ ).

Things are worth as much as someone will pay you for it. I don't know if I can say for sure how much I'm worth in videogames because I don't know who will buy them for how much. I can say Homeworld is worth 30$, but I can't say if someone will buy it.

considering everything you sell at gamestop gets you about two dollars... i'd say like 50 bucks

If I'm lucky maybe $150. However, if I could somehow find a way to sell all my Steam games (at used console version price), I could probably fetch about $500-$750 easy.

Well, I have an insane number of them, although a lot are used or just old. So I'd say somewhere between $200 and $300, being very generous. Although, there's plenty that would fetch a nice high price on eBay and such.

But only a tiny fraction of that would come from the sale of my video games...

If I sold all my Xbox 360 games, I'd probably get something like $80. Possibly less.

None. Everything I have left is on Steam, or otherwise a digital copy, seeing as my parents have long since sold all other games/consoles.

Anyone who claims they own more than $2k worth of games has obviously never been to Gamestop. You'd have to rob a few truckloads of unreleased shipments of Q4 2011 titles to get even near that much.
