Me and my sister are the only people we know who can remember this film and we're trying to find out what it's called. I can remember very little about it and what I do remember is quite disjointed but it's pre-2000 no idea when though and the main character was a dog(like) thing who worked in a candle shop but he broke all the candles and got fired, then he was a wizards apprentice and his girlfriend got kidnapped by another wizard and turned to stone and he had to save her.
