Seriously that's the longest recorded gaming session? I did 72 hours straight when Burning Crusade was released, went to the release event at midnight with 3 friends, bought the game, then went to a net cafe and left 3 days later. This guy is a wuss.

Thats not really that long. I've spent the entire day on mass effect before (and by entire day i mean over 24 hours). Hell, i could easily beat that. Well, i think i know what i'm doing this christmas holidays

I'm sure alot of people in the world have done better. Actually I recall someone dieing from lack of sleep for playing Starcraft for a little over two days. Last time I checked that was longer than 40-hours.

seriously, i've spent 52 hours and 34 minutes straight playing GTA 4. I was aiming for 60, but i honestly couldn't do it.

That's a world record?! That honestly doesn't seem so hard-- I imagine that many gamers will set out to break this goal soon. The most I've ever done in a single sitting was 17 hours on MGS4.

I did 30 hours on Prototype last week and wasn't even beginning to lose coordination. This is an easy record to beat.

I have only ever reached 37 hours of gaming in one stint, on Kingdom Hearts 2, and the longest I've gone without sleep is 72.5 hours, so maybe if I find a long enough game...
