Indie Royale Unveils the May Hurray Bundle
The new Indie Royale bundle is like poetry in spring.
"Spring is sprung,
The grass is riz,
So lemme tell ya
Where the Indie Royale May Hurray Bundle is."
It's at indieroyale.com [http://www.indieroyale.com], which you probably already knew, and as usual, the latest offering is five sweet indie games you may or may not have heard of plus, for the slightly-deeper-pocketed, a new selection of hard rockin', beep-boopin' chiptunes. On today's menu, we have Dungeon Defenders from Trendy Entertainment, Bootsnake Games' Containment: The Zombie Puzzler, and Data Jammers: Fast Forward, Brainpipe - A Plunge to Unhumanity and Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space, all by Digital Eel.
Pay $7 or the equivalent value in whatever kooky currency you use and you'll also score a copy of Future, Towards the Edge of Forever, the new album from "chiptune futurists" Starscream. Kick in even more than that and you can drive the price down for your hard-up [or cheap] gaming compatriots, and of course the sooner you get in, the less you have to pay, because the more people that buy this thing, the higher the price goes.
All the games in the bundle are available on Steam and Desura except Weird Worlds, which is Desura only. So if you're not happy about that "other [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/117061-EA-Unleashes-its-Indie-Bundle]" indie bundle on Steam and want to register your anger in ways more productive than merely yelling on the internet, why not throw some money at these guys? After all, just five bucks for good games, good karma and a chance to stick it to The Man is a pretty solid deal.
