Tales of the Sword Coast expansion. Incidentally, the sleeve that came the original game had space for 6 CDs too.

Right, didn't count the expansion. Also I dug up the original package and it only had 5 slots. I feel betrayed, how come I didn't get an extra slot?

The game came with a cardboard foldout thingy with 3 segments each with two spaces for a CD in each segment.

This [http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/baldurs-gate/cover-art] has pictures of it. I guess you got a different, later version. Or, it wasn't the original American version (judging by the pictures on that page).

Nah, I got the European package (like the UK/Germany versions shown in the link) with a foldout of 5 parts, with 1 slot on each. They cheapen out on us europeans.
