Irrational bias

Okay, I was reading that whole Gay marriage topic (No, I'm not going to talk about that. I'm going to talk about another controversial topic that people rage about) and I stumbled across something that interested me.
Irrational bias. See, I have a somewhat irrational bias against organized religion in general, and a slightly more irrational bias against Christianity.
I never understood the need to organize and preach your faith. Everyone is different, and even two Christians probably wouldn't view their God in the exact same way. Everyone is going to view Spirituality different, and it seems pointless to push our view on someone who might think very differently than you. If everyone keeps their views to themselves unless asked to explain their views, things would run a lot smoother.
I realize I'm probably a naive teenager who's expecting too much from humanity.
But is there a flaw or a argument that can be made against my viewpoint? does this seem logically sound?
Do you have an irrational bias against something?
From what I've read, you guys seem very intelligent, and I was hoping you would answer my questions for me.

I'm not a Christian but think of it this way. If you believed that everyone who wasn't a Christian was destined to burn in Hell for an eternity after death, wouldn't you try to change their minds? Any decent person would try to save someone from that fate, even if there was only a low chance of them actually being converted.

Hm, true. But why continue to push the issue even when people have made it very clear they want no part in it? I've met people who take every opportunity to convert me, even after I had told them I will never convert, due to various pride related reasons. Pushing them at every turn is just going to make them feel patronized and angry.

I have an irrational bias against anything that I even remotely associate with rednecks.

Why? I'm from a small town in South Carolina, and have almost always been aware of the stigma of being from the South (and especially from a rural around in the South). I remember working on my accent when I was eleven years old (I actually forced myself to speak like Ralph Maccio in The Karate Kid). I've been trying to get over it, and have managed to even embrace some things like bluegrass music.

So I'm averse to the following things (and I know they are irrational, but...there's a mental block there that's hard to get past):
-Trucks
-Country music
-Hunting
-The Atlanta Braves
-Lynyrd Skynyrd
-Fishing (unless it's deep sea fishing or shore fishing. Mostly because I just love the ocean and the beach that much)
-The Confederate Flag
-Displaying the American Flag
-NASCAR
-Bud Light (if I drink cheap beer, I drink a Pabst or a Rolling Rock)

So yeah, even though I love where I live (Charleston, SC), I'm a tryhard at not seeming Southern.
