In Bad Company 2, even Squad Deathmatch has few campers. Obviously objective modes feature it, but you'd be a rubbish defender if you didn't. Most campers are snipers (which usually annoy their own team rather than the opposition, because they barely contribute to the team's objectives) and can be dealt with fairly easily. In the event that a squad does start camping, you can either blow up their cover (bonus points, quite literally, if you can bury them in a collapsing building) or mark them for the rest of your team to deal with. The killcam in BC2 is different from Modern Warfare as well; rather than showing them killing you from first person, it shows a live third person view for a few seconds before the respawn menu pops up, so hiding in an obscure spot is pretty much impossible. Add to that the huge maps, and camping for kills is often just pointless. After all, there's no killstreaks, so all camping really does is reduce your total kills.
