Is There Any Way to Play Left 4 Dead Maps in Garry's Mod?

Hi, I'm relatively new to the Steam scene, and I own Garry's Mod (Most recent version) and Left 4 Dead and I would like to know if the L4D maps are playable in GMod.

P.S.: I'd appreciate it if the explanation was simplified, I'm not 1337 at this stuff.
