OT: for the most part I actually enjoy WW2 Games, not necessarily for the time and place and storyline etc.etc. but because in certain cases (see: Company of heroes, Men of War, etc.etc) because the developers don't have to focus on story, they can focus on gameplay, graphics, and generally making the games better. this doesn't apply to all WW2 games though, not by a long shot, but If you look hard enough, you can find some true gems amongst all of the regurgitated shit. (try not to think too hard about that metaphor, I didn't.)
