I'm actually a rabid PXC (Perplex City) player, and got a kick out of the article. I actually posted on the forum about it, so I hope you don't mind. Well, Now I have to rack up kiddnaping on top of my daily fears. :p

I've never played one of these games, but maybe the article's tone of intrusiveness and paranoia wore off on me... I can't help but notice a misspelling in the first paragraph: "Watch Psycho a thousand times, and you probably won't get sbuildtabbed."

Why was the word "build" inserted in there? I'm scared that it's an infringement of Perplex City on the world of Earth... or something.

I am very deeply involved with Perplex City - I am the one referred to as "Paul" in the killers recording. That spooked me to no end - we did in effect "compose" the murder. But not everything is quite what it seems in Perplex City - music files can have hidden tracks, documents have hidden messages, images have hidden data, and we never know what to expect next. It really is quite an experience.
