Dammit. Just dammit. No matter how much of an idiot he is all they are doing is proving gamers are bigger idiots. It is one thing to hate the guy but fight smart. Shoot him down intelligently. Show the guy is batshit crazy by facts not by doing exactly what he expects from us. I hope Jack wins this one. I hope he sues the pants off of them (not facebook but these morons). Hopefully he will get enough they won't be able to afford the luxury of having the internet.

On Topic: I find a successful lawsuit absolutely impossible out of this, but I wouldn't be surprised if Facebook caved and just got rid of the groups. It would be a terrible shame but I doubt the owners of Facebook really care if they delete a few little groups like that.

You know what by his logic, since all gamers are violent thugs due to a ammence few who would threaten someone over the internet, then all lawyers are making a mokery of the justice system and trying to prosicute innocent people if a group of lawyers lie in court. I could make better examples, but that would be mildly offence to other groups if taken wrongly, whereas this one can easily be seen as a sarcastic example, due to most lawyers being smart people.

I have not seen one of those things in years. He cannot have possibly taken that seriously.

He is entitled to his opinion, but he has to realise that expressing an opinion publically will lead to immature people making silly threats on facebook.

However, I think that as a community, we should debate him acedemically on good terms rather than make petty groups of facebook involving obsolete hardware. That way, we can all move foward with more mutual understanding.
